Job Title: Relief Security Officer 
Salary: £7.25 per hour            Location: Herts/Beds and Bucks

  • Applicants must hold a valid SIA licence and current UK full driving licence as you will be required to travel to various sites up to a 30 mile radius from Luton.
  • You will be undertaking general security duties on a relief basis at various sites, acting as a visual deterrent, liaising with staff, managers and members of the public.
  • Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting building, equipment and access points; permitting entry.ƒ
  • Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.
  • You will be required to work days, nights and weekends.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capable to work unsupervised and take responsibility
  • Reliable, punctual and flexible
  • Experience preferred, but not essential, as site training will be given.
  • You will be required to work days, nights and weekend.
  • Uniform provided.

Job Title: Mobile Patrol Officer 
Salary: £7.50 per hour             Location: Herts/Beds/Bucks

Must hold a valid SIA licence.

  • You will be driving the Company vehicle responding to alarm activation's, performing patrols on various sites, unlocking and locking up buildings.
  • Performing welfare visits on various sites.
  • Dealing with incidents as when required.
  • Complying with Company policies and procedures.
  • You will be required to work days, nights, and weekends on a rolling rosta.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capable to work unsupervised and take responsibility.
  • Can maintain a proactive, enthusiastic approach.
  • Must be able to prioritise work effectively.
  • Reliable, punctual and flexible.
  • Experience preferred but not essential as site training will be given.
  • Uniform provided

Key Holding and Alarm Response course

The course is accredited through Skills for Security and meets the ACS requirements for security Companies wanting to comply with BS7984.

Who is this course for?

Nominated workplace first aiders who need their qualification renewed.

This is offered as a two day course, however we can offer it as a split course over several weeks, depending on the client's requirements.

Assessment and certification

After completing a final assessment, successful candidates receive a level 3 HABC approved certificate, which allows you to continue to practise first aid for three years, after which a re-qualification course becomes necessary. .
